Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Defective or damaged (see Section 3 for special instructions)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@sculptu.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name and reason for return

    • Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

  2. We will email you:

    • A prepaid return label 

  3. Ship items back using the provided instructions.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos/video of:

    • The product defect/damage

    • Original packaging

  • We’ll provide a free return label and either:

    • Send a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund

4. Refunds

  • Processing time: 5 business days after we receive the return

  • Refund method: Original payment

  • Deductions:

    • Return shipping costs - Free

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Items marked "Final Sale"

  • Custom orders
